Giacomo Cherubini: Spectral Universality for Maass L-functions

I will describe what is the universality property for a
family of L-functions, and I will show that the family attached to
Maass cusp forms for SL(2,Z), when ordered by increasing eigenvalues,
satisfies this property. This is a joint work with Alberto Perelli.
